When we opened our doors in 2015 we wanted to bring something exciting and fresh to the area. Located at beautiful Cronulla Beach Sydney, Our cuisine draws influence from the low & slow cooking of Texan BBQ, combined with tropical flavours and beautiful spices of the Caribbean.
Our tropical and unique cocktails will tantalise your taste buds along with our extensive Rum selection, local and aboard Beer list and Seasonal Wines
We bring you live music every week with our resident DJ's on Friday + Saturday night and showcase solo artists and bands from local and aboard.

With 20+ years industry experience - licensee of several venues including a 5 year stint as Groups Ops Manager for the Belgian Beer Cafe Group and Dozens of consultancy jobs both local and abroad, his big love is creating a homely unique environment and prides himself on attention to detail, sourcing great quality seasonal produce and bringing warmth and a smile to all who walk through the doors
Simon
Simon has mastered his trade working in many countries around the globe, from the early 90's in his home town in Indonesia and finally settling in Kobe, Japan and opening a successful cocktail bar and late night spot - Fast forward five years he and his pregnant wife start their life in Australia. With an already successful Indonesian Restaurant under his belt (Djava - formerly in Cronulla) Simon brings a special kind of creativity and flair
Celeste
Celeste came to us just before covid, and what a breath of fresh air she was! Celeste brings those finishing touches and attention to detail we didn't know needed. Celeste has over a decade of hospitality and retail experience, ranging from Kitchen work and venue management. She's also a cake making wizard and our function queen.
